What is the typical lead time for furniture delivery?
Most of our in-stock items ship within 5-7 business days. For custom upholstery or handcrafted wood pieces, please allow 6-10 weeks for production and delivery.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery services?
Yes, we offer premium White Glove Delivery for an additional fee. This includes bringing the item into your room of choice, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that custom-made or 'Made to Order' pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How should I care for my solid wood or leather furniture?
We recommend using a soft, dry cloth for dusting and avoiding harsh chemicals. For leather, use a specialized conditioner every 6 months to prevent cracking and maintain its natural luster.
Does Case Furniture© offer a warranty?
All our furniture comes with a 2-year limited warranty covering structural defects and craftsmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. You can order up to five complimentary fabric or leather swatches through our 'Request a Swatch' page to ensure the color and texture match your home perfectly.
